Return policy

At Debra Weitzner, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund. All retuned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to return your item?

To return an item please email costumer service at info@debraweitzner.com to obtain a RMA# and shipping label. Please include your packaging slip and mail your return to the following address:

The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt for a full refund.

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for your return. You may also use a prepaid label provided by us along with your RMA#. If you use the prepaid shipping label shipping fee will be deducted from your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for refund processing. Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
